Pork's ribs in hone with potatoe pancakes

In traditional highlander restaurant in Zakopane, great portion of ribs. With delicate touch of honey sauce, grilled on open fire. Pancakes made of potatoes and flour with garlic butter. Lot's of food, and not very fat - and if preceded with soups and some starter - enough for two.

Got it at: Stek Chałupa, Zakopane, Poland.

California maki

Great "california maki" sushi, at a decent restaurant in Cracow. One of the best sushi I had in Poland. Only better can be found in Besuto, Warsaw.

Got it at: Genji sushi bar, Cracow, Poland.

Jeff's best appetizers selection for two

So good! It stands as a starter in menu, but it's way enough to get full for two! Selection of best appetizers from Jeff's menu. Cheese, mushrooms, chicken, ham, potatoes, deep fried. Lot's of "energy" - but it's worth it.

Got it at: Jeff's, Cracow, Poland.

Fried seabass with green pepper

Great dinner stuff. Fried sea bass in some fresh green pepper. Delicate and very delicious. Best fish I ever had - Thai style. It looks like it was begging for mercy, but it wasn't actually moving.

Got it at: Lemongrass, Thai restaurant, Warsaw.

Blue cheese chocolate cake

Chocolate taste's chemistry can fit even blue cheese. Chocolate cake, with some blue cheese packed inside. Quite new mashup, interesting, but not going to order it soon :)

Got it at: "Galeria Czekolady", ul. Bożego Ciała 22, Cracow, Poland

Homemade spinach with eggs and blue cheese

Amazingly good. Prepared today with Kasia at my place for our lunch. And the toast with garlic butter were the best ever!

The most typical Japanese chicken lunch

In a filthy restaurant in Fukuoka/Japan. Delicious fried chicken, with sliced cabbage, rice, and miso soup. Typical lunch for Japanese students.

The freshest food there is

It was so fresh, it was still moving. Octopus' arms, just 10s after octpus was taken out of the aquarium on the wall of the restaurant were cut off and put on our plate! Some sauce, and please enjoy!

A kind of Mackrele and kimtchi pancakes

Definitely the best lunch I had in Seoul, Korea with So Hyun. Grilled fish with kimtchi pancakes and some other vegetables and pickles (bamboo, garlic).

Japanes homemade dinner

This plate, as a starter for main course, consisted of some most delicious fish I ever had. In the middle there was smoked salomon, the one you could almost kill for. On the left there is shreded radish and on the right some sea weeds. It was prepared by Mio's mother, Yukari! Thanks!

Bigos, Polish national dish

It's a traditional stew typical of Polish and Lithuanian cuisine. Made by my grandmother, with some bread with butter! Best served hot, with hot tea.

Grilled oscypek with cranberries

After some snowboarding in Poland, at the local restaurant, my favourite grilled oscypek with cranberry jam! Crispy, warm and very soft - delicious!

Queen of the soups, totally

My grandmother's best shot. Killer for 26 years now! Tomatoe soup. Both versions, with rice, and noodles rock, but I refer noodles!

Pizza, pizza, pizza

Best pizza I'm having some times. The first one with one oscypek and cranberries, and the other with mushrooms, ham and my favourite topping... egg. Dominium Pizza, Cracow/Poland.
