This plate, as a starter for main course, consisted of some most delicious fish I ever had. In the middle there was smoked salomon, the one you could almost kill for. On the left there is shreded radish and on the right some sea weeds. It was prepared by Mio's mother, Yukari! Thanks!

Green one is raw cucumber with thin slice: )
White one is japanese white radish.
Pink one, not middle one is a egg of Alaska pollack. Do you know this fish??
Upper one is a hairtail.
